Immigration Psychological Evaluation Package | $1,400
The evaluation package includes:
Three to four 75-minute clinical interview sessions
Review of relevant background information, psychosocial history, and current emotional functioning
Clinical assessment based on the individual circumstances and purpose of the evaluation
Evaluation of relevant symptoms, trauma history, and emotional or psychological experiences when applicable
A detailed written report, typically 10 to 14 pages, prepared for immigration purposes
Professional time for case conceptualization, documentation review, and report preparation
One round of minor clarifications or revisions after the report is completed, if needed
Evaluations may be provided for immigration matters including VAWA petitions, hardship waivers, U Visa cases, asylum cases, and other matters where psychological documentation has been requested.
Payment
The total fee is $1,400. Half of the fee is due at the first appointment, and the remaining balance is due before the final written report is released.

Who is Dr. Ana Baratta?
I’m Dr. Ana Baratta, a bilingual clinician providing immigration psychological evaluations in English and Spanish.
I completed advanced training in immigration psychological evaluations through the Immigration Evaluation Institute in 2019 and have since conducted evaluations for more than 100 clients navigating immigration matters.
My background in trauma-informed care helps me approach sensitive interviews with care and attention to the experiences each person brings into the evaluation. I understand that discussing trauma, violence, family separation, loss, or other difficult experiences may be challenging, especially when those experiences need to be documented as part of an immigration matter.
My role is to conduct a thorough and objective clinical evaluation, carefully review the information gathered, and clearly document relevant clinical findings in a professional written report.
I approach each evaluation with respect for your language, cultural background, and individual circumstances. Evaluations are available in English and Spanish for clients in Ohio, Indiana, Florida, and Puerto Rico.

Entiendo que hablar sobre experiencias de trauma, violencia, separación familiar, pérdidas u otras situaciones difíciles puede resultar emocionalmente complejo, especialmente cuando dichas experiencias deben documentarse como parte de un proceso migratorio.
