EMDR Therapy for Women in Cincinnati, Ohio

Process What Happened Without Having to Tell Every Detail

Online EMDR therapy available to clients in Ohio, Indiana, Florida, and Puerto Rico.

What Is EMDR Therapy?

Virtual EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach that can be incorporated into online therapy from the privacy of your own home.

EMDR is used to work with distressing memories and experiences that may still affect how you feel or respond in the present.

EMDR may be worth exploring if you:

  • Feel triggered by certain memories, situations, or reminders

  • Experience anxiety that seems connected to past experiences

  • Carry grief or painful experiences that still feel difficult to process

  • Notice reactions or patterns that feel automatic and difficult to change

EMDR is incorporated into individual therapy when it’s appropriate for your needs, goals, and readiness. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

Fee per session:

  • Ohio, Indiana & Florida: $150

  • Puerto Rico: $100

A cozy home office with white bookshelves filled with books, framed photos, and decorative items. A black leather sofa with patterned cushions, a standing lamp, and a white desk with a computer, glasses, and drinking glass are in the room. The floor is tiled, and there are personal items and artwork on the shelves.

What EMDR Therapy With Me Can Look Like

Therapy with me is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I work with many women who are used to being the strong one for everyone else but privately feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

We don’t have to begin by diving into the most painful parts of your story. We start by understanding what is bringing you to therapy, what feels difficult now, and what you hope will be different.

When EMDR is appropriate, we’ll talk about what the process involves and prepare for the work together. You don’t have to tell me every detail of an experience for us to work with how it continues to affect you.

Depending on your needs, EMDR may be incorporated alongside talk therapy and practical strategies to manage difficult emotions, understand patterns, strengthen boundaries, and build greater trust in yourself.

I offer therapy in English and Spanish. If faith is important to you, it can also be included in our work in a way that respects your beliefs and what matters to you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We can begin with what you’re experiencing now and decide together what makes sense from there.

All sessions are conducted virtually through a HIPAA-compliant platform for women located in Ohio, Florida, and Puerto Rico.
